The 2019 Open Enrollment period ends today. Faculty and staff from all locations can make changes online through the HCA web portal for medical/dental or Navia Benefit Solutions website for Flexible Spending Arrangements (FSA) or Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP). Online actions must be completed by midnight tonight. Hardcopy forms can be found in the HRS Pullman office or downloaded from the HRS Open Enrollment website; hardcopy forms may be submitted to all campus’ HRS offices by 5:00 p.m. or faxed to 509-335-1259.
As a reminder, this is the one time each year that you can:
- Change your medical/dental plan
- Add eligible family members to your coverage
- Enroll or re-enroll in an FSA and/or DCAP
- Re-attest to the Spousal Surcharge if applicable
