Gain a better understanding of your body and fitness potential with free body composition assessments August 4 or August 5. Body composition testing detects lean and fat mass, and can help you gain a better understanding of your true body composition. Participants can choose between the bio-electrical impedance analysis (BIA) or the skinfold method to assess their body composition. Testing clinics are FREE and will be hosted by Personal Trainers from. Sessions will be held on Monday, August 4 from 6:30-7:30 a.m. and on Tuesday, August 5 from 5:30-7 p.m. in Student Recreation Center (SRC) room 142.
