2nd Annual Palouse Outdoor Festival

Discover your adventurous side during the second annual Palouse Outdoor Festival! Join us on Saturday, Sept. 26 from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. at Wawawai County Park for a day of FREE outdoor activities ranging from rock climbing, kayaking and everything in-between. Participants will also have the opportunity to serve our public lands around Granite Point and Wawawai County Park during National Public Lands Day. With great outdoor adventures and the chance to serve the Palouse region, the Palouse Outdoor Festival is the perfect chance to enjoy nature!

Palouse Outdoor Festival Events:

  • Stand Up Paddle Board Tours on the Snake River
  • Kayak Tours at Snake River
  • Rock Climbing at Granite Point
  • Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga
  • Smart Start for Paddlers – ACA Kayak Orientation
  • Back Country Cooking 101
  • Slackline Demos
  • Leave No Trace Awareness Clinic

Food will not be provided or available to purchase. Pack yourself a lunch, snacks and plenty of water for the day. Remember to bring appropriate layers for unpredictable weather.

A shuttle service will also be available from campus to the park for those over the age of 18. Please register for a shuttle at the link below.
