May 7: About 377 to participate in Tri-Cities commencement

April 26: Expo shows engineering, computer science projects

By Maegan Murray, WSU Tri-Cities RICHLAND, Wash. – A self-driving fuel-cell car, a prosthetic arm and a solar-powered hot water heater are among the 14 projects that will be showcased during the 2016 Washington State University Tri-Cities Engineering and Computer Science Senior Design Expo at 5 p.m. Tuesday, April 26, in the West Atrium.

April 30: Outdoor science activities planned for all ages

PULLMAN, Wash. – Bird banding, plant identification and wild yeast collection for home bakers and brewers are some of the activities that will be hosted free to the public at the fourth annual Outdoor Fun Day 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, April 30, at Virgil Phillips Farm, five miles north of Moscow, Idaho, on Highway 95.
