Must bring Vehicle Release Form signed by signature authority and have driver’s license on hand when picking up Motor Pool vehicles.
Must have read and understand BPPM and SPPM associated with Motor Pool rentals and operation.
Must notify of cancellation 24 hours in advance or rental charges still applies.
If rental does not start until the next day pick up times are from 3 – 5 p.m. only. If need to pick up earlier, make Motor Pool staff aware so we get director’s ok and must leave in front of Motor Pool until rental commences.hank you for your cooperation.
