Join the University Recreation (UREC) Personal Trainers for a free body composition assessment July 7 or July 8. Body composition testing detects lean and fat mass, and can help you gain a better understanding of your true body composition. Participants can choose between the bio-electrical impedance analysis (BIA) or the skinfold method to assess their body composition. Testing clinics are FREE and will be held on Monday, July 7 from 6:30-7:30 a.m. and on Tuesday, July 8 from 5:30-7 p.m. in Student Recreation Center (SRC) room 142.
