Interested in working as a Fitness Instructor for University Recreation (UREC)? UREC is hosting a Fitness Instructor Training (FIT) course June 28-29. Attendance of both days is mandatory to complete the course. FIT is a combination of lecture and practical application that covers the basics of group fitness instruction. The course is required for potential UREC instructors with no previous experience, but completion of the class is not a guarantee of employment. Course registration costs $52 and includes an instruction manual and enrollment in a fitness class as a shadow. Registration ends June 27.
