The Organic Farm will be on the Mall this Wednesday from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. with fresh spring veggies and organic herb and vegetable starts for sale. The first harvest of carrots will be the star this week as the farm’s famous carrots begin their long trek from seed to market. They will also have more radishes, turnips, Romaine lettuce, and bok choy as well. If you miss them at them Mall, head down to the Pullman Farmer’s Market Wednesday afternoon from 3:30-6 p.m.
