Not to be confused with our Cracked Pepper & Chive, we’ve taken our Viking cheese and infused it with a melange of white, green, pink and black peppercorns. As you bite into Rainbow Pepper, the flavor of the Viking cheese gives way to the savory, pepper blend. As you crunch on the various peppercorns, the flavor lingers well after the bite is done.
