WSU has established a banking relationship with US Bank due to the Bank of America closure in Pullman. Departmental deposits are required to endorse their checks with an endorsement stamp that clearly indicates the department or organization name and specify that the check is “For Deposit Only.” Some departments’ endorsement stamps also indicate Bank of America as the bank the check will be deposited in. If your department’s endorsement stamp indicates Bank of America on it, please order new endorsement stamps immediately as we are now depositing our checks into US Bank.
