It is our pleasure to invite you to join us, along with CAHNRS Interim Dean Ron Mittelhammer & Associate Dean/Director of Extension Rich Koenig, on Monday, August 12 from 2-4:00pm in CUE 518 for an open house hosted by DGSS & CEREO to better introduce the WSU community to the William D. Ruckelshaus Center.
Housed administratively in WSU Extension, the Center is a joint effort with UW, hosted at the UW by the Daniel J. Evans School of Public Affairs. The mission of the Center is to foster collaborative public policy in the State of WA and the Pacific Northwest. The Center’s expertise has led to groundbreaking agreements on agriculture, environmental protection, flood mitigation, municipal governance and other topics.
Project and Research Specialist Amanda Murphy, Project and Development Lead Chris Page, and Operations Manager Cheryl Rajcich will be in attendance to meet and talk with you-and will provide a brief presentation on the work of the Center at 2:30pm. Dean Mittelhammer and Assoc Dean Koenig will provide opening remarks.
