The American Council on Exercise (ACE) Group Fitness Instructor Prep Course is designed to prepare fitness professionals to work in group settings, addressing the core competencies you need regardless of the classes you teach. Also being offered is the ACE Personal Training Certification Prep Course, which is designed to provide theoretical knowledge and practical skills in preparation for a national certification exam in personal training. Participants will leave these courses prepared for the ACE Group Fitness Instructor Exam or the ACE Personal Trainer Certification Exam.
