We are looking for volunteers to participate in a panel of subjects trained to evaluate the aroma and flavor characteristics of red wine. You must be 21 years of age to participate. There will be eight (8) training sessions directly followed by three (3) formal evaluations. Panel training sessions will be held on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays starting Tuesday, September 17 and ending Thursday, October 3. Formal evaluation sessions will start on Monday, October 7. The panel, once established, will decide the timing for both training and formal evaluation sessions. You will receive a Ferdinand’s coupon after each session and a small gift at the end of the panel.
