If you have enrolled, or will be enrolling, a new family member for the 2013 plan year, you will need to submit a valid Dependent Verification document with your completed 2013 enrollment form to the Pullman Human Resource Services (HRS) office. These documents will need to be received by HRS no later than November 30th.
