PULLMAN, Wash. – New works by student composers at Washington State University will be performed by School of Music faculty and students in a free, public concert at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 7, in Kimbrough Hall.
Composers are Russell Schaff, Travis Mallett, Justin Niedermeyer, Ka Yat Ngai and Jered Kostenko.
The concert is one of four performances that will be part of the 2013 WSU Festival of Contemporary Art Music, which celebrates art music of our time. Festival guest composer is Alex Shapiro.
