American Council on Exercise (ACE) Group Fitness Instructor Prep Courses will give you the tools and knowledge to sit for the ACE Group Fitness Instructor or ACE Personal Trainer Exam.
Topics vary between the courses but both include professional responsibilities, designing appropriate exercise programming and injury prevention. Please note, in order to register for either exam please visit www.acefitness.org. Participants receive a discount on the exam fee and study materials. The cost for the Personal Training Course is $100 for Student Recreation Center (SRC) Members and $140 for Non-Members. Registration ends Jan. 28 and the course runs from Jan. 29 through May 25.
