If you wish to enroll, or re-enroll in the Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or the Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP) for 2013, you must complete and return the 2013 enrollment form during the annual open enrollment period, ending this Friday, November 30, 2012. To enroll in the FSA plan, you must be enrolled in the classic or value plans, and cannot be enrolled in a Consumer Direct Health Plan.
