As part of the Center for Civic Engagement’s Public Forum initiative and the 25th anniversary of the Office of Multicultural Student Services at WSU, students, faculty, staff and community members are invited to discuss the future of diversity at WSU in a three part event taking place on the WSU Pullman Campus at Butch’s Den in Compton Union at noon. On Tuesday, Oct. 23, students are invited to discuss issues of diversity on campus and where you see our university in the future. On Wednesday, Oct. 24, faculty and staff are invited to share your vision of diversity at WSU. Finally, on Thursday, Oct. 25, students, faculty, staff and community members are invited to return to Butch’s Den to conclude the discussion.
As we celebrate 25 years of the establishment of the Office Multicultural Student Services at WSU, it is important to acknowledge the collective leadership as a University community in advancing the diversity legacy. Join us to share your ideas, vision, and dreams about the type of university community you envision for upcoming generations and for WSU. Participants will enjoy a special new flavor of ice cream Ferdinand’s created for the Anniversary called Champaign Legacy Swirl. We hope to see you at this event
