PULLMAN, Wash. – Mass Transit, a magazine dedicated to public transportation, added Jeffrey Ensor, a Washington state University alumnus, to the fourth annual Mass Transit Top 40 Under 40 list . The list honors those who have made significant contributions to the public transit industry.
Ensor graduated from WSU in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, and later went on to receive a masters in transportation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He currently is a principal consultant in Parsons Brinckerhoff’s strategic consulting group.
