Susan Kaspari, Assistant Professor at Central Washington University, will be giving a lecture entitled, “Black Carbon in Snow and Ice: Implications for Climate and Water Resources” on Oct. 18 at 4 p.m. This seminar will be held at the UI campus in McClure 209.
