PULLMAN, Wash. A record number of prospective students and parents will visit Washington State University Pullman on Saturday, April 28, for “Preview for Juniors.” The high-energy event helps get students excited to apply to WSU.
About 1,981 high school juniors and their parents/families are registered, making it the largest event the Office of Enrollment and Student Affairs has ever hosted.
The visitors will attend an academic and student services resource fair at Beasley Coliseum and then disperse throughout campus. They will sit in on an admissions and financial aid presentation, tour the campus and some residence halls, attend an academic showcase and eat lunch in one of the three dining centers. A closing program will be capped with the Cougar Marching Band playing the fight song.
Prospective students and families will meet with Cougar Connectors, student ambassadors at WSU.
