The First Scholars Program, a new comprehensive support program for First Generation college students, is now accepting applications from current WSU undergraduates to be Peer Mentors for the incoming cohort of Scholars beginning Fall 2012. Ideal candidates will be First Generation students with a minimum 3.0 GPA, excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for “paying it forward” and helping others succeed.
Please note, the deadline for Peer Mentors applications is this Thursday April 12 at noon. Interested students must apply before this deadline for full consideration.
