Don’t miss this opportunity to renew your Lifeguard and CPR/AED certification, hosted by the staff at University Recreation on April 22. This spring the Student Recreation Center (SRC) will be offering a Lifeguard Training Update course allowing lifeguards to renew their certification and update their skills to the newest American Red Cross Lifeguarding content. Additionally, the SRC is offering 23 separate CRP/AED courses providing many opportunities for patrons to obtain their CPR/AED certification. Certification training will occur at Gibb pool, located in the Physical Education Building, also known as PEB. Registration closes on April 20 and the cost is $75 for SRC members and $80 for non-members. Registration, cost and dates vary for the CPR/AED courses.
