Beginning and Intermediate Swim Lessons are a great way for adults to gain a higher level of skill and confidence while in the water. The beginning class teaches the basic front and back strokes as well as how to float and completely submerge comfortably. The intermediate class is designed to refine the basic strokes as well as develop the more advanced strokes.
