Grad student helps city with pet waste/water quality study

PULLMAN, Wash. – The City of Pullman, with cooperation from Washington State University, is asking area dog owners to take a survey about pet waste.

The information will be used by Eli Typhina, a WSU master’s student in environmental communication and the communication/education manager for the city’s stormwater department, to create a fecal coliform reduction campaign for the city.

The deadline to take the survey is Sunday, Feb. 12. Find it online here.
