Due to the statewide weather conditions, the delivery of the tower crane frame has been delayed. As a result, the Wilson Road closure, the rerouting of vehicle traffic and CUB deliveries, and the rerouting of pedestrian pathways will extend through 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 24th. If the weather continues to be a factor, expect notification of further delays.
Wilson Road will remain closed to all vehicle traffic during this time.
Those vehicles with necessary business at the CUB will be redirected to alternate access routes. This traffic will travel on the Library Road Mall and on the Glenn Terrell Friendship Mall to and from the turn-around at the top of Wilson Road. Please use caution when these vehicles are present and respect and follow all traffic control signs and personnel.
Pedestrian traffic on Wilson Road will be rerouted through the Fine Arts Courtyard and around the south side of the Safety Building. An ADA accessible pedestrian route will be provided and clearly marked. For your own safety, please follow the pathways provided and respect and follow all traffic signs and personnel.
