In April 2009, WSU transitioned to a new fuel charge card system for retail fuel. Comdata fuel cards replaced the previous Voyager fuel cards. Before Comdata fuel cards can be issue to departments, Fuel Card Custodians must attend an orientation session. In these sessions the Program Administrator introduces the program, goes over terms of the Card Custodian Agreement, explains the card PIN system and demonstrates the on-line reports and other tools available at the Comdata website.
